2025 Kirkcudbright Fringe: Refunds and Returns Policy


Thank you for supporting the 2025 Kirkcudbright Fringe. We value your patronage and aim to ensure a fair and transparent ticketing experience. Please read our Refunds and Returns Policy carefully before purchasing tickets.


1. General Policy

1.1. All ticket sales are final. Refunds are not available except under the conditions outlined below.

1.2. Tickets are non-transferable and can only be used by the purchaser unless explicitly stated otherwise.


2. Refund Eligibility

2.1. Refunds will be issued only under the following circumstances:


Event Cancellation: If the event is canceled by the organizers.

Significant Change to Event Details: If the date, time, or venue is significantly altered and the ticket holder cannot attend the rescheduled event.

2.2. Requests for refunds due to personal reasons (e.g., illness, travel issues, or change of plans) will not be accommodated.


3. Refund Process

3.1. Refunds for canceled events will be processed automatically to the original payment method within 14 business days of the cancellation announcement.

3.2. If a ticket holder cannot attend a rescheduled event, they must request a refund within 7 days of the announcement of the new event details.


4. Ticket Exchanges

4.1. Exchanges between events or performances are not permitted.

4.2. If an event allows name changes on tickets, this will be specified at the time of purchase.


5. Conditions of Entry

5.1. Entry to the event is subject to the terms and conditions outlined at the time of purchase.

5.2. Any tickets found to have been resold or transferred without permission may be deemed invalid.
