Dorothee Pullinger was a local and national pioneer. A woman designer of cars for women and built by women in a factory specifically designed for this purpose in Tongland. Her innovative designs and ideas caused a sensation and were light years ahead of their time in the 1920s. Nina Baker has researched the life and work of Dorothee Pullinger and in this session explores who she was, what motivated her and her legacy in the world of women pioneers and the car industry.
